How it Works
Easy Booking
Reserve your equipment early to guarantee availability—especially during peak ski and holiday seasons. You can book online or call us as soon as you finalize your travel plans.
Contactless Delivery
We deliver directly to your private residence, condo, or hotel room between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Our team follows all current state health and safety regulations.
A $25 delivery and pickup fee applies to all Vail Valley orders. A $50 minimum order (including tax and delivery) is required to reserve equipment. Orders under $50 can still be processed, but the $50 minimum charge will apply.
We do not offer self-pickup or drop-off—relax, it’s your vacation, and we’ll handle the logistics.
Contactless Pickup
On your departure day, we’ll arrange to collect all equipment. Please have items ready by 11 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. Late pickups may incur additional charges.
Flexible Cancelation
We understand plans can change. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund (credit card processing fees are non-refundable).
Safety and Cleanliness
Your family’s safety is our top priority. All equipment meets current federal safety standards and is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic products before delivery. See our Clean & Safe page for full details on our cleaning process.
Missing or Damaged Equipment
If equipment is not returned, is damaged, or missing at pickup, replacement or repair costs will apply, plus a $100 late fee.
